Become a Neuromuscular Medicine Specialist, Assistant Professor at Yale University! (17345 hits)


The Department of Neurology at Yale School of Medicine is accepting applications for a full-time neurologist specializing in Neuromuscular Medicine. Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent, be board certified or board eligible, and meet the requirements for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology. Fellowship training and additional Board Certification in Neuromuscular Medicine or Clinical Neurophysiology is preferred. Further, applicants must meet the criteria for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut. The essential duties for this position include: 1) the evaluation and treatment of adult neurology patients, 2) teaching residents, fellows, and medical students, and 3) developing an IOM (intraoperative monitoring) program. EMG skills are required. It is anticipated that this position will be primarily clinical and located in both New Haven and New London.
